We started out hopeful, a little scared, taut as We look hack and remember-studying for chemistry and civics exams, seeing the Hatchets play football, rushing to meet the Ink-O-Vation deadline, going to dances and parties, taking pictures tor the Annual, rehearsing tor the Senior Review, cheering at the hasicethall games, and finally ordering announcements, having caps and gowns fitted, and planning for Senior Week, We know that our year will remain forever a treasured possession. A wealth oi entertainment is contained in the current magazines to which the library subscribes. The hall-dozen sets of encyclopedias fur- lvliss Watt, our school nurse for the last four years, is the proud possessor ol a new oillice. She moved in this spring and now has a waiting room, space for two cots and a first aid station, and a private olllice for consultations. ln addition to hav- ing our sprains taped and splinted, and our other first aid needs talcen care ot, we have all had our eyes tested and our chests X-rayed this year. nish answers to pertinent questions coming up in the regular routine of the day. One is given an excellent opportunity to discover his talents in these two fields under the clirection of Wir. Deicii, Mr. Foust, Miss Pearman. Mrs. Blackmore, and Mr. Mussel- man. Upon entering. the guests found themselves in a Wonderwortd ot circus animals, side shows, freaks, ice cream cones, and peppermint sticks. The ceiting was a ctoud ot hrightty colored haitoons.
