Mr. McCowen said in a statement to us, The rural schools of Scioto County are hard pressed to meet the demands brought about by a great increase of enrollment. We are meeting this challenge by advanced school construction planning and Where possible by adding new teachers. This situation will remain for some time to come, but we will meet this challenge and con- tinue to keep our Rural Schools at the TOP not only in building facilities but in curriculum planning and continued excellent faculties. 5 af-fauwic iw Same 7 s ,Q sid MRS. Through their efforts, all students are now housed in a fire- proof building containing an auditorium and a cafeteria which are equipped with all modern conveniences.
