The typical spirit and determination of the teams of yester-year was again shown this season. Every man on the fighting first five had outstanding ability: Bill Daniels' and Art Berglund's high scoring and clever ball handling, Bill Evans' stalwart defense, Bob Woodburys and Ralph Drassel's all-around versa- tility. True sportsmanship was shown even in defeat. Washington root- ers may be justly proud of their fine and loyal support to a grand fighting team. .X x ,ill 0 4,1 5 YP A, x X 2? 1 .
