Golfers ' Have Difficult Season The Golf team, coached by Mr. Wat- son, was lead by two-year veterans Steve LeeVan, Jim Nowicki, Mark Rafalski, Ke- vin Rybicki, and Kevin Zalas. First-year chevron winners were Ryan McBride and Scott Tafelski. Sweater award winner was Bob Rzepnicki. Although this season had its drawbacks, the golfers gave their all. M. Girls Fought To The End Above: 1982 Girls ' Softball Team The 1982 Girls ' Softball team, coached by Sue Edison and Roylene See, had a record of 4-8. This year ' s team showed a desire to play ball. Through all the games the girls fought to the final out was made. The fights proved to be beneficial since some of their games were won in the last inning. The team was placed by three-year starters. Deb Caudill, Lyndelle Egyed, and Judy Jurgonski. Two-year starters Sally Milliken, Lori Rothballer, and Michelle VanWyns- berghe helped contribute along with other outstanding players, such as, Pam Rzepnicki, Polly Szlanfucht, Tami McCammon, Wendy Engles, Tracy Gray, Katha Bucher, Jo Rodriguez, Chris Rzepnicki, Lori Colquitt, Sherri Bar- iewlski, Shelley Tuttle, and Roberta Dodd. M. V.P. was Lyndelle Egyed, Sportsmanship — Deb Caudill, and the Kiwanis Award was Pam Rzepnicki. Captains were Sally Milliken and Pam Rzepnicki. The Man Who Came To Dinner Senior CastMemogi Last Spring, the Drama Club put on the hilarious Comedy hit The Man Who Came to Diner . The three act play took hours to produce. In the long run, it was worth it for Ron (Banjo) VanTornhaut and Tressie (Nurse) Johnson, but for old timers, Billy Scherpereel and Bonnie Bejma, it was shear fun. The play concerned a famous director — writer — producer, Sheridan Whi- teside, who slipped and cracked his hipbone on the Stanley ' s doorstep after having dinner with them. Sheri- dan and his secretary decided to live in the Stanley house and take it over. In the end, it all worked out. The play was another smash hit directed by Mr. Good. Play 27
