MAKING IT HAPPEN Panthers Washington High School had changed a great deal in the past few years. The students were taking an interest in more, and varied activities. Students such as Randy Kosinski and Jannicke Hope participated in exchange programs to enrich their cultural backgrounds through direct experience. Others did it by taking a foreign language for four years. We also had four commended scholars named as a result of their high PSAT testing scores. Girls State and Boys State also had delegates from Washington, which gave students the opportunity to learn more about the United States ' political system. top: The four-year language students: (I. to r.)
