Washington, ranked No. 4, thus snipped an Elkhart streak of 17 straight tri- umphs over a three-year span, became the first team to score on Tom Kurth's Blazers this season and knocked them out of first place in the Northern Indi- ana Conference. With quarterhar-k Roh Horvath and hallhai-k Farlos Phillips scoring second-quarter touch- Saturday night pinned the tackle for the score. He kicked the point for a 7-0 lead.
