GETDET Anick Longuet, our foreign exchange student from France stayed with American sister Lynn Harden. Anick, like Eduardo, participated in many senior class and other activities such as Student Council and Glee Club. American Field Service, which sponsors our foreign exchange students, this year sent two students to Wfashing- tOI'l. Wlashington students them- selves pay for the costs of bringing the students here and housing them with American brothers and sisters. Eduardo Moura, the ex- change student from Brazil, was sponsored by the South Bend Rotary Club. During his year at W.H.S. he was active in swimming and senior class activities. After the parties and games are over, after the year has ended, there are certain qualities acquired over the years that remain, that should, and will endure. These qualities that the Washington student leaves are patrio- tism, spirit, and a sense of justice.
