Dedication The Stall is proud to dedicate the 1964 Lens to Mr. Garreth Goddard, a man with a friendly smile and a cheery greeting for everyone he meets. As curriculum vice-principal, he has charge of curriculum development with the latest I. B. M. procedures, instructional materials, student observers, testing programs, and special programs. During his years at Washington, his friendliness and sincere desire to aid the students has created an atmosphere conducive to cooperation and learning. Mr. Goddard, we the students of Washington wish to express our warmest congratulations and our hum- hlest gratitude. 4
