Senior Advisors Mr. Blake The class of '57 Wishes to express Their sincere appreciation For our counse1J.or's willingness. As freshmen we came timidly Into these halls of ours And the looks the seniors gave us You'd have thought we were from Mars! That first year we spent without you Though we'll never figure how, Because the very truth is We can't do without you now. Soon we all were sophomores Our problems grew and grew, The tears became more plentiful And our class a little blue. But soon these cares were vanquished And the reasons plain to see, For we had you two to guide us Through our sea of misery. Miss Kohns Then we grew to juniors, Our most decisive year. Still tireles were your effcrm And your help was always near. Alas, the tests they issued, To put us in our place, We would have swom that Einstein Never could have kept that pace. Now, at last were senicrs. Your hands have held us tight. The future once so far away ls coming into sight. We'll soon be graduating And your job for us then ends. The saddest tie to'brea.k Will be with you, our two best friends The class will scattu far and wide But please, you need not fear, Fa' though we will be far from you, Through God we'll still be near. With all our thanks. The Senia' Clam V
