APPRECIATION E have blazed our trail and now, as we make way for other emigrants who shall tread new and bet- ter paths, we wish to express our gratitude to those who have helped to complete this journal of our travel, the Lens of June, 1931. We acknowledge with sincerest appreciation the assist- ance of Mr. Walter Meacham and all who contributed to the success of the Lens rally assembly, the wise and encouraging counsel of Miss Maclean and Mr. Hedrick, class advisers, who led us onward to new frontiersg the unvarying patience and sound judgment of Mrs. Hansen, literary adviser, and Mr. Trenholme, financial adviser, who pointed out a way through the many pathless plains of our great adventureg and the generous sacrifice of per- sonal interests by loyal members of the class and school without whose aid this issue had not been possible.
