M. J. BERNARDO, President S. G. SCOTT DR. E. M. GRIMMER, JR. Representing the citizens of Washington Township are five very able men who govern our school district. They have devoted their time freely to develop the highest standard of education here at Washington Union High School. These men are M. J. Bernardo of Centerville, Pres.; A. K. Logan of Alvarado, Clerk; S. G. Scott of Newark, A. E. Alameda of Irvington, Dr. E. M. Grimmer Jr. of Centerville. Their never ending effort and loyal support has made this school what it is today. May their good efforts continue for those students who are yet to graduate from our fine school. The Annual Staff sincerely dedicates this issue of the Washingtonian to Mr. A. K. Logan who is retiring after twenty-four years of faithful service to our school. He was appointed to fill a vacancy on the Board of Trustees in November, 1931.
