Keeping an ever-watchful and loving eye on his large and growing family is our superintendent and friend, J. V. Soold, affectionately known to all of us as Pop . Daily returning grads seek him out in room two to shake his hand and reminisce and thank him for past courtesies and inspiration. All of us, from mighty Seniors to the most timid Freshman, find ourselves proud to be included in his ever-increasing family.
