To promote better school spirit among the students. To encourage more student participation in school activities. The council made arrangements for the Homecoming parade in Octo- ber and the vocational conference held in February. Members of the organization were the presidents of each of the 9 homerooms and one upper-class representatives from each of the follow- ing groups: Girls' Service Club, Honor C Club, Pow Wow, Art Service Club, G. A. A., Vocal Grganization, and Band. Two councilmen-at-large, one from each of the junior and senior classes, were elected by the student body.
