Plans for raising money, taking pictures, and organizing pages of the annual itself get Lmder way. About twenty people work at the various tasks, striving to meet deadlines. It is to this group that the first call is made for stage crews, players, and assistants for the high school plays. In addition to sponsoring the plays, the Ham Actors have a nurnber of parties throughout the year and whenever possible, attend plays out of town. The Ham Actors this year have entertained the WaMac Conference Dramatic Festival on February 19, 1955. A play sponsored by this group was entered in the Iowa Play Production Festival at Iowa City, held in March, 1955.
