Probably the busiest person of the group is the chief librarian who takes care of new and old magazines and keeps the book shelves tidy. At their meetings they plan the best library procedures and discuss problems which have arisen since their last meeting. Several times during the year they have parties and get-togethers--just for fun. Usually the final meeting of the year is a trip to a college or university where a conductor explains the working of a great library. This trip ends with a picnic at a nearby city park. Sponsor of the group is Miss Knipfer. Officers are Barbara Bower, President: Marilyn Pollock, Vice-Presidentg Pat Kelly, Secretary and Treasurer: Mary Ellen Primmer, Chief Librarian.
