AIEWUU. ' X L2 f -f ' ! 'l-'J' 335 f CLASS HISTORY The freshmen that entered the portals of our school four years ago, are today the seniors: but what a decided contrast! Being verdant and timid freshmen, we were counseled until we became accustomed to our new environ- ment. This we soon did and were rewarded by holding our first social affair, the freshmen party AH sophomores we gained pres- tige and dignity as well as a strong foothold in our school ac- tivities. At the sophomore party we enjoyed ourselves immensely. The junior year found us near the top in almost all school ac- tivities. We elected our first class officers and took a deep interest in dramatic-s, the result being the thrilling play entitled Se-venteen . The holding of the Harvest Party, Junior Prom, and Junior-Senior Faculty Reception added greatly to our social af- fairs. During the latter part of the semester we eagerly antici- pated fulfilling our ambitions of becoming real seniors! ln our senior year we were brilliant in mental fields, won a prominent place in athletics, chose capable and efficient class officers, produced a successful senior play, and were well repre- sented in music and oratory. Our senior Anvil was an achievement we were proud of as was, too, the Senior Carnival. The senior party was a huge success, but the greatest days of our career arri ed with commencement ac- tivities: Class Day, Picnic, Prom, Baccalaureate, Junior - Facility Reception and Commencement. 1 ,Y .V - ffx fl I I V ' CLA8S,OFFlC'ERS 1 A L, f x A u EDWARD GENE KELLY-P1'es- ident: Monitor: Councilman: Safety Committee: Julrior Red Cross: Boy Patrol: Monogram Club: Varsity Tifack, Swinilniug: Intramural Basketball, Baseball, Track, Shuffle Board, Touch Football: Camera Club, Presi- dent: National Honor Society. .l 5 1 f v I If s NR . l,.
