On the first and third VVednesday of each month they meet. for regular board meetings. At this time they audit bills, pass general judgment, and approve or disapprove upon the praetiees of the sehool as reported by the superintendent. They also set up and determine polieies of proeedure to guide the superintendent in the administration of the sehools.
