Q No score and thirty-three months ago our class stepped forth upon the steps of this school of nursing - a new class conceived in nursing and dedicated to the proposition that we would become Registered Nurses. Now we are engaged in our final act as a class - that of receiving our diplomas - - an honor we have all looked forward to for many years. It is altogether fitting and proper that we should be proud of ourselves. But in a larger sense . . . Y . t-tff.-um-:-ref-.H Y .0 ! . . V7 . . . we cannot take all the credit - we cannot say we did it alone - our parents and instructors who backed us have helped us far above our capability to ever repay them. It is rather for us to be here dedicated to the great task remain- ing before us - that we take increased devotion to that cause for which we have given our all. That we highly resolve that we shall not have studied in vain - that we take with us the know- ledge we have gained and bring forth nurses whose love for humanity shall not perish from this earth.
