We lind the spirit of track influencing more and more each year and already our old timers are training. The C. V. A. L. has decided to drop league baseball and hold track meets of senior events including as new numbersg discus throw, javelin throw, and pole vault. The Hagerstown High School will again this year send representa- tives to the Tome and St. James meets. With a number of our veteran follow- ers of the sport back this year we can look forward to no other than a most successful season. Scvcnly-six

The Boys Glee Club The Boys, Glee Club was organized this year under the voluntary leader- ship of Miss Electa Ziegler, with an enrollment of thirty-five voices. There seems to be prevailing throughout the club this year an unusual amount of pep and enthusiasm. In previous years of the club's career, a year book picture was unnecessary, but this year due to public sentiment of the club, a picture was taken to bc published in the next issue of year book. Among the members two quartets have been started. One, called The Spontaneous Quartet composed of Seniors appeared on several occasions in public, The other is composed of three Seniors and one Junior and is on thc road to success, It has been said by vocal critics that the club has excellent quality and should be able to accomplish many things in the future.
