I Oh . l Between acts we are entertained by the famous operatic soprano, netta Reynolds While taking a little Jaunt after the solo, 1 saw one of the c1ty's leading bachelors, Bob MCC8l11St8F, seems he still can't make up his mind about those girls As the plot of the play thickens our heroine, Mary Tullv, engages the services of that great woman lawger, hloise Strawn, carrying a brief case as b1g as she Her sheaf of papers for the case consist of shorthand notes on the back of five postage stamps While the lawyer and heroine absentmlndedly reduce their evidence to a mass of pulpy glue, a mlnstrel show takes the limelight Say, some of those faces look familiar 1 e end men are none other than James Stoetzel and Chuck Alexander Let's ge a good look at the middle men There's Donold Moore B b H , o avens, a plane, no 1t'S only Jack Blackburn As the curtain falls for the second act, Dick Louck strides to the center of the stage, and boldy slngs, Hnocked in the Cradle of the Deepu His deep voice is in superb quality tonight while waiting for the third act to commence, I walked to the powder room where I literally ran into Llsie Widmer, who d1dn't want to leave her escort for too long The curtain rlses for the third act The heroine is quite desperate so she calls for the aid of our hero, Jim Clark The hero challenges the gambler to a gun match in the Casino The gambler's partner has left town for fear he would be next Still as handsome and dashing as ever, the hero walks deliberately through the door, and looks toward the bar The gambler seems a little nervous They start toward each other, with lightning speed they both draw As the smoke clears, the gambler is down but with just a flesh wound Our hero offers to let him go if he gives back the ranch The gambler agrees, and the curtain falls as our hero and heroine walk away to gether. The tremendous applause brings out the producer, tall, dignified, Dude Keil.
