This year as in the past the Y.M.C.A. has continued as an important service organization on the Washington College Campus. Among the numerous activities of the organization are the sponsoring of tennis and ping pong tournaments, the decoration ol p. Christmas tree at Yuletide. the distribution of flowers on Mother s Day and the conducting of Freshman Week activities. As a further service the Y also sold soft drinks and hot dogs at the football games. During the year members were sent to Washington, D. C, and Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania as representatives in youth conferences. At the annual Y assembly this year, senior awards for four years ' service were presented to William Nagler, Basil Clark, Atlee Kepler, John Harris, Henry Maguire, and Robert Livingston.
