Lunch Aides The lunchroom cooks arrive early in the morning to prepare hundreds of lunches for hungry Washburn students. After three hectic lunches daily, they return the next day to start the process all over again. Changing menus and experimenting with different foods is a testimonial to their efforts. F. Pederson, H. Love, L. Kramer, R. Larson. W. Widga, C. Mildenberger. Mgr. F. Ballinger Engineers Head Engineer Marty Gavanda retired at the winter break after twenty-four years at Washburn. His dedication to the Washburn students and faculty was greatly missed.
