Composed of approximately fifty senior girls, Blue Tri met once a week to plan service to others and promote friendship and fellowship amongst themselves. During the holiday season the girls carolled at nursing homes and trimmed the halls of Washburn with decorations they had made. On Valentine’s Day Blue Tri sold carnations. In the spring the girls painted the field bleachers orange and blue, the school colors. Blue Tri is alive and well once again, doing what they can for the betterment of the school. 66
