These same men proved to be a powerful and highly efficient team when they met Moab after two weeks of intense training under Coach Brunger. During the season the team played gamely and skillfully in face of all odds and conditions, rolling up a score of'52 points to the opponent's 38. On the morn of the big Wasatch-Sanpete game, gloom overtook our squad in the form of cold, sleet. and snow. But the VU. P. A. and Coach Brunger came to their rescue-the W. P. A. by cleaning the field, and covering it with sawdust: and Coach Brunger by furnishing his men with longahandled underwear. Gloom was completely routed when battling Tigers drove the Rams to a I9-O defeat. SCORES XV. A. - - O Moab - - - O XV. A. - - 6 Fillmore - - - I2 NV. A. - v 0 Delta - - - - Z0 XV.
