ELSIE COX Elsie spent most of her outside time on the Dramatrc Club this ye rr and since she was rts president she had the brg Job of berng general chairman of the three one act plays the club presented rn April Elsie never has much to say but actions speak louder than words JOHN CRONIN Cronin who s always around to make a lot of norse adds loads of fun to every class He s noted for hrs horselaugh and rs always the first to laugh when 1 teacher springs a corny Joke John really goes to town on hrs alto horn too CURTIS DAVIS Sometimes we wonder rf Curtis mothers beauty shop has anything to do with hrs wavy hair Everyone seems to agree he s one of the best dancers around and although hes really one quiet person hes strll a lot of tun GERALDINE DAVIS Geraldine rs as quiet as can be but once she gets rn a game of some krnd she s as lrvely as the next one She s a swell basketball player' and can sure wreld a mean mushball bat Jerry s always consider rte of everyone else and wrllrng to help rn any wry she can JAMES DAY Jrm s one of the best all around boys rn the class Last year he proved to be such a good class president that we reelected hrm this year Because hes such a good speaker Jim was chosen tor the lead rn the Junior play as 1 Trradelphra speaker and '1s a liter 1ry contestant LOUIS DRIEHORST Drrehorst rs Just posrtrve that he rs one of the people who missed the honor society by a tenth of a point or so Loure s rn hrs glory when he his the Old Cheve he bought piled up with a load of kids to go for a ride CHARLES DUMINSHINE Dumrnshrne s another one you never hear much out of rn school In economics class he only opened hrs mouth one time rll year but got caught That night he wrote a 1000 word theme Charles mrnds hrs own busrness and keeps out of trouble usu rlly FRANK DURST Durst rs one of the tew boys whose wrrtrng rs really easy to read What 1 break for th teachers and Sara Franks as neat as a prn and h1s about enough clothes to outfit half the clrss Ne rtncss and good taste rre hrs mrddle names ROBERT EATON Last fall Bob played half back on our lootball team and was really good He was chosen rn that positron on the thrrd All State team and has the honor of berng one of the two War wood students ever chosen on a state team LILA LEE EBERHARD Srncerrty rs Lrla Lees chref trart She s always 'rround to lrsten to everyone s troubles but seldom talks about her own Thrs yefrr Lrla wrs 1 group leader rn Dramatrc Club and worked hard to put on some good plays She takes dictation like nobody s busr ness and wrll make someone a super secretary HELEN EICHOLTZ-Rumor has it that Helen ' really a whiz in bookkeeping and can calculate like no- bodys business. She and Ruth McCoid are as close as two peas in a pod and are always together. Helen s quiet but '1 hard worker. PAUL ELC ESSER-Then there s Elcesser who is most often riding his bike. Wonder if he knows 'rny more daffy- nitions? Last year he slew the chemistry class with the one of steam- water gone crazy with the heat.
