i When we were fifteen, it was a very good year. It was our year to be freshmen. Under the capable leadership of Rich Stevens and parliamentary procedure, We were very successful frosh. Our big day came on March 6, when we celebrated Freshman Day. With everyone in his g'fancy , we proudly wore carnation corsages and boutonnieres of blue and yellow. That night we had our dinner dance. The theme depicted the latest fad, horoscopes.', It was a very good year. When we were sixteen, it was a very good year. It was the beginning of parties, homecomings and dances. As sophomores, Rich Yatto led the hopeful class of ,73. Harvest Queen, our Hrst semi- formal dance, was reigned over by Mary Ellen Mirra with escort Rich Stevens. Other members of her royal court included Rose Prado, Terry Sinsabaugh, Jill Jaffe, and Carleen Quackenbush. And then we helped celebrate Warwickls first homecoming. Our float theme was Harvest Queen, and although we were new to the idea of floatmaking, we had good times. Carleen Quackenbush represented the sophomore class. It was indeed a very good year. When we were seventeen, it was a very good year. It was the year of the rings we so proudly wore to show we were Hbonafidei' juniors. Homecoming conveyed messages of comic book characters and we struggled with Dagwood. Once again Carleen was our dele- gate to the our spunky makers. The ful, as did denly prom court, and poor Dagwood lost his head. Rickie Zap led class as we turned out to be very ambitious money- soda machines, which we sponsored, proved very success- our sale of corsages and our talent show. It was sud- night. Worrying about murals, gym floors, palm trees, H and volcanoes, we didn't think Hawaii would make it, but all shone bright that night as Jill Jaffe and Rich Yatto were crowned in unique Hawaiian style. Their court was Lori Littell, Cris Marek, Debbie Izzo, Marie Zygmunt, Greg Sisco, Gordon Tomaselli, Charlie Papacerio and Greg Rutledge. We finished our year with anxieties of regents.
