Mr. C. This caricature is a sort of self-portrait , done by our Mr. Chavatel himself. Although Mr. Chavatel is accus- tomedto being called upon to furnish a variety of art work for this and for that in a daily stream of requests, the annual staff had to resort to some crafty” persuasion to get this little item. By tradition, the dedication of the yearbook is a secret with the annual staff until the books are dis- tributed. This year the staff hopes to announce the dedication at a stu- dent assembly sometime in the late spring, when the ' 60 edition of the CAVALIER comes from the press. Roosevelt So the students of Warwick Junior High School nicknamed themselves cavaliers in an election during the first year the school was in opera- tion - 1956. Junior high school is truly an adventure - in so many ways. And, for the most part, students enter eagerly upon this adventure. New hori- zons, and new visions, new opportunities and new responsibilities, are presenting themselves every day at Junior High. We are, indeed, CAVALIERS.
