We all have different memories, experiences and feelings that we feel special gratitude for. But there are also several thoughts that we all share and would like to mention here. First we would like to thank the school for hosting us all for a whole year, and giving us the opportunity to take these different courses that we would not have been able to take at home. We especially appreciate all the school activities we have par- ticipated in, because the schools in our countries dori't offer such activities. We had fun in basketball, baseball, track, and the A.F.S. club and all the other sports and clubs that we looked into. We want to thank the teachers and the coaches for their patience and willingness to help, despite language barriers and other dif- ficulties. The teachers ability to explain and help, even when they had the debatable honor of having two of us or more in one class, impressed us. We think it is great that Warrior Run has taken such interest in exchange programs in the past and still does. This year, with six of us, the school has really done a great job. We can only hope that this interest continues in the future, and that more schools follow Warrior Run's example. Our host families deserve a special thanks from all of us. They have done so mcuh for us and we have come to love them so much, that we really feel that we are part of these families. We can't really find words that express our gratitude for your hospitality and kindness. We just hope that we have given you something in return. We will remember the people in the AFS chapter and the AFS club, who have been so active in their work and so helpful. They 120 have made us feel at home, and helped us a lot in times of problems or confusion. We learned a lot during this year, but first of all we enjoyed our stay here, and made lots of friends. We met so many nice people, and felt that we were accepted as part ofthe students at Warrior Run immediately. If you have enjoyed having us here only half as much as we have enjoyed being here, we know that it has been a terrific year. When we go home and get situated in our own countries, we'll always think of this school as our school, the school we graduated from. We hope to be back some day to see you again, therefore we won't say good-by , but Ate logo with Solange, Pa gjensyn with Kari, Au revoir with Laurent, Haste luego with Carlos and Carlos, and Pea gensyn with Henrik. Wishing you the best of luck in the future, Solange Bastos, Kari Hermanrud, Laurent Dumoulin, Carlos Guerra, Carlos lVlen- doza, and Henrik Pedersen. JMX fwa WMM CARL-O5 5U5RAlf'?.
