Hamilton. , ze, n enhall, L' Nygaard' VICTOR GRAHAM PRESIDENT The purpose of the Student Council is to plan and organize all extra-curricula activities and to organize and maintain a smooth running Student Government. The Student Council started its yearly duties even before the school year began. The Student Council met early August and planned their program for the 1953-Sh school year. They scheduled an activity period for three days a week. A Christmas time the Student Council sponsored a Christmas card sale. A Christmas party was sponsored by the Student Council. Two conventions were held this year. Warrenton was represented at both meetings of the Region III Student Council. This spring the Student Council supervised the constitution. Our new 195h-53 officers attended the Student Council conference in Hay. The Student Council also planned and or- ganized all the eighteen Student Body assembly programs.
