3f0 The Superintendent of Warrenton High School and Grade School is Mr. P. W. Lane. He has earned 2 degrees, A.B. from Bates Col- lege and A.ii. from Brown University. He te- aches English II and has complete controle of the Sophomores. With his wife, son, and 11 chickens (which lay an average of 9 eggs a day), he makes his home near Adler Creek at Warrenton.

MRS. Miss Mrs. Hee PACULTY GIBSON roesh Waite Baldwin Trullinger Mr, White The Senior class Advisor, Mrs. Theodora Me Gibson, chose ad- vanced shorhand as her favorite subject. Bosides her school classes, she finds time for gar- dening, collecting old china and unusual family names. Miss Betty Jean Treesh, our English instructor, has an interest of col- lecting stamps. On the side she studies forcign languages and fingerprinting. This busy teacher has charge of the Library, is also Junior Class Advisor and directed the Junior Class Play in April. A graduate of the University of Oregon is Miss Betty Jean “aite. She teaches the classes of Home Economics, Social Economics and Mathomatics. She likes sports and tvaches Physical Education, her favorite class. One of our part-time teachers, Mrs. Harriet Baldwin is kept busy teach ing World History, Typing 1, and Geography Orientation. She has taucht at WHS for 8 years. She is a lover of the out of doors. Mrs. Florence Trullinger, teacher of Mathematics and General Science, also was Advisor of the Girls League. She commented that gardening was her fa- vorite pastime. The school athletics director said that football ranked first among his idea of sports, Coach Carl White taught Biology, American History, 7 and 8 grade and High School P. E,
