Time for Decisions Although it may have seemed to some stu- dents that the administration only created new rules, they did have other duties around school including supervision of students and staff; en- forcement of policies, attending extra-curricular activities and occasionally filling in as janitor, teacher, or counselor. Members of the adminis- tration attended an Administrators Academy last summer to learn new techniques in teacher eval- uation, development of curriculum, and other related items. Mr. Shelton joined the ranks of the administration this year as the Vice-Principal. 15
