Uamulmj - JLoikm flojk School WomMbmj, SUuwia Co-EdtJm Elam Enwwck 'Betty Odm Dear Readers, May you enjoy the 1964 CARDINAL as much as we have enjoyed composing it. 2 Sincerely, Elaine Emerick and Betty Osborn Co-Editors It is with sincere appreciation that we dedicate the 1964 CARDINAL to you. The harmony which you create as the director of our WLHS band is no less than the harmony which your presence has brought to our school. We--the students and faculty--appreciate you, Mr. Druessel. Class of 1964 and the CARDINAL Staff 3 {JS Sided %di 'JoJmH Meili Padrutt was our first AFS student. Meili came from Chur, Switzerland. She was an active participant in many school affairs. Meili was in S t u d en t Council. Library Club, G.A. A., Christmas Choir, and she was Queen of the Sweetheart Dance. All of Meili's activities did not prevent her from achieving honor grades. She was well liked by faculty and students. Meili stayed with the Ezra N. Friend family. Warrensburg-Latham was indeed fortunate to have Meili Pad- rutt as our first AFS student. 4 MR. E. B.
