Trying to put over a new idea-----Our interests are theirs... Striving hard to make us apt and learned cit- zens. Faculty.,. Good to know... Kind and understanding in every way.... Ignoring the spit- balls thrown by the seventh-graders... Those whispered tete a tetes in math class.... Forgetting to do those outlines that were supposed to be in last week... Looking at our tired eyes, strained from cramming for that big test ... .Laughing to themselves at our silly mistakes...Correcting us---Patient with us when our marks slide.. .Pulling us out of the slump. 4

Autumn Return to our Alma Mater.....Crisp golden days.........New classes, teachers, andfaces .....New P-A system.........Joining some of the many clubs......Football practice out on the field---Field-hockey and soccer for the girls...Choosing the cheerleaders Settled back in the old routine.....The smell of burning leaves........The girls going to Syracuse to represent the W.C.S. school paper.......Senior magazine campaign........ Saturday afternoon football games......The cheerleaders'and players' picnic at Garnet Lake.....F st report cards, tears and cheers All-State for that lucky few De- corating the Trail Roamers window upstreet.. .The band playing, the Halloween parade, and the usual fun afterwards... .Colder days.... Thanksgiving vacation........The first half of the year gone before you realize it... .
