The cheerleaders give a boisterous yell.. The team moves into formation... Then the kickoff........ Fight, team, fight. .Those bus trips to away games” ...Orange peelings all over the floor. ..The strong aroma of egg sandwiches.. .Injuries.. .Everyone had a charley-horse... Bob Griffin's sore arm which he tried to ignore... Doug Smith's painful knee. ..Pat Lynch limping from that encounter with Greenwich.. The game we would like to forget..........Behind 20 points at the half, playing their best, the fellows brought the score up to 52-50 at the finish.. .Came in third this year. ..For a green team that's pretty good. With Maltbie or Lynch calling the play......... Griffin driving for yardage.......France racking up T.D. 's.. .O'Connor and Sprague blocking out.........
