Warren Hills-A Place of Growth Growth, the assurance of life. Whether a tree or a person, or even a school, growth means there’s a vitality, a purpose, to exis- tence. The growing process is much the same no matter what the classification of the organism. There are the good times, the hardships, and the times of seemingly just standing still. But over the years there is a change, or maturing. This maturing is especially noticeable in a high school. As young adults we encounter many changes and new experiences which we weren’t faced with as children. The senior is not the sophomore. There has been dramatic growth physically, mentally, emotionally. The school itself changes with building additions, new teachers, and more students. The result -in june, 1979 we can look back over the year and realize that we aren’t the same people or the same school that started the year. We’ve grown. The $600,000 addition to Warren Hills was started in the spring of 1978 and construction continued this year. The addition provided additional space for the Physical Education and Industrial Arts departments. 2
