MRS. MARY YOST MRS. FLORENCE TACKETT Home Economics The Home Economics Department teaches more than the arts of dressmaking and food pre- paration. Every phase of homemaking is stressed in the curriculum. The planning and preparation of nutritious meals, sewing, the study of home furnishings and home nursing are taught in home economics every year. Each of the courses prepare the students for future homemaking and the prospect of a fuller and richer life.
