lVlr. Allen N. Short has completed his first year as high school principal in the Warren System. Some of his duties include planning the curriculum, representing the school in different organizations, and scheduling classes, teachers, and extra activities. We appreciate all the work he has done to get the school off to a good start and the co-operation he has given the annual staff. 1 ASSISTANT PRINCIPAL Mr. Ernest B. Pearson I2 OUR PRINCIPAL Mr. Allen N. Short Z' M The position of assistant high school principal has been filled this year by lVlr. Ernest B. Pearson. Among his other duties, lVlr. Pearson is in charge of attendance, parking, and most discipline cases. The annual staff wishes to thank him for his patience and under- standing.

Secretaries MRS. LILLIAN PORTER Students and visitors coming into the office are greeted and given the necessary information by our efficient secretaries. Besides playing the part of hostesses they perform many other duties, such as answer- n ing the telephone, reading the announcements, typing letters, putting mail in the teachers' mailboxes, and knowing just what is happening in the school.
