Richie Blankinship was Junior Homecoming captain and Sandra Blankinship was queen. The year was victorious for the Iunior Iill's team, county champs and winners of the Banks Invitational Tournament. The Bunyans reached the tenth grade going strong with hands on the ax-handle and eyes on the goal. There were football, basketball, Glee Club, Mixed Chorus, Student Council and numerous other school activities. Never a dull moment for the Sophomore woodchoppers.
