Algfsius C. Bundrick PRINCIPAL To the Class of l964: Congratulations to each of you for your perseverence in completing l2 years of formal education. I urge each and everyone of you, whether you are continuing your formal education or terminating it, to remember the debt you owe to your parents, for their care and attention to you during this developmental ageg to your teachers for their faith in your ability and for the unselfish way in which they assisted you up those twelve, snare -filled steps leading to maturityg to the people of the town of Warren, for their support, with- out which there wouldn't have been twelve steps to climb. , How can you pay this almostinsurmountable debt? By becoming good citizensg by making your parents, and the citizens of this town accept you as a responsible, hard-working adult. By doing whatever you have decided to do as your future work, whether it is a doctor, teacher, garage mechanic, housewife or any other, to the best of your ability so that the teachers, who have worked with you in your most challenging stage of life, may proudly say: That is one of my former students. 5

Carlaton F. Rose S UPERIN TEN DEN T OF SCHOOLS To the Class of '64: You are a part of the revolution that is currently taking place in science, sociology, politics and technology in business and industry. It is my sincerest wish that you become an active part of these great changes and developments. You will he living and working in the year 2000, which is only 36 years away. Who knows what will take place at this time? The competitive position of any country, on earth or in space, will depend upon your generation for ideas, products, government and social progress. The rate at which new ideas are developing cannot be conceived by the human mind. In science alone, new knowledge has increased by a factor of l, 000, 000 since the time of Newton. My humble advice to you in developing a process of inquiry and a mode of thinking is to prepare yourself physically and mentally in order that you may actively participate in both the world of today and the world of tomorrow. It is only when this is done that satisfaction is achieved. 4
