Country Bash Held In Bear Barn This years Sadie Hawkins was a success although not as many couples showed up as were expected. lt was held March 20th in our gym. The band Mes- sage kept all the students entertained with new songs and a few from the Beatles. Dan Whitney and Jeanette Di Matteo won the contest ot' Lil' Abner and Daisy Mae. Even though the styles have changed from 25 years ago to a more modern country look, the Sadies will always remain a simply country dance. 1. Bringing back the traditional Sadies Hawkins Dance is Ka- trina Manis, Bill Blumgerg, Jeanette Di Matteo, and Dan Whit- ney, 2. Doing the old fashion hoe down are Milian Meric, Renate Fischer, Theresa Bartek, and John Prethero. 3. Proving that three is not a crowd are Greg Villa, Becky Manriquiz, and Mike Rounds. 4. Visiting Marrin' Sam are Kelly McGuirk and Kevin Eads. 5. Looking a little exhausted are Kris Trombino and Jon Sanorito. 6. Trying to join the rest of the hams is Scott Mc Clure, 7.
