Way Outer Broadway Show The lights go dim, the curtains open, everyone' on the edge of their seats waiting for the music to start. Warren High students displayed their talent in various ways such as, dancing, singing and pana- mime. The 1981 Way Outer Broadway was a suc- cess as always and enjoyed by people of all ages. A large portion of the audience was Warren High students eager to see their friends. Many students placed high in the contest and who knows, maybe one of them will be a star someday. 1. Displaying their musical ability is Phil Jones and Chris Walsh from the group Image. 2. Busily Michele Naumescu, Jazz dances to the Song: Hot Lunch Jam. 3. KY 'Y 'r I gf: e .. 3-W.,-Q15-fin.:-uv An Apple A Day Keeps The Doctor Away Health Awareness week assemblies were hlled with just that health awareness Bulletins were hung up heart tests were taken and a demonstration of aerobic dancing was given on stage Some brave students did participate in this unusual form of exer cismg Paramedics came on day and talked with the students and answered any questions they had. On one of the scheduled assemblies complications de- veloped but our guys did not let that ruin the day. The hams of the school brought their forces togeth- erand put on a pantomime' baseball game.iThey had the bleachers rolling with laughter. After they got bored with the game they put on a chorus line number ot' Row, Row, Row the Boat. lt turned out to be one of the best assemblies this year. 1. Brave Mike lfwltowski holds his arm for Mike Buccowich to see it' he can take blood. 2. This sign is for the slightly dumb ones who need to be told specially that it is Health Week, because they cannot tell by the activities around them. 3. All the guys give it there all to get the crowd spirited by singing and trying to dance. 4. Some students try to broaden their health awareness by examining instruments. 5.
