Way Outer Broadway Show The lights go dim, the curtains open, everyone' on the edge of their seats waiting for the music to start. Warren High students displayed their talent in various ways such as, dancing, singing and pana- mime. The 1981 Way Outer Broadway was a suc- cess as always and enjoyed by people of all ages. A large portion of the audience was Warren High students eager to see their friends. Many students placed high in the contest and who knows, maybe one of them will be a star someday. 1. Displaying their musical ability is Phil Jones and Chris Walsh from the group Image. 2. Busily Michele Naumescu, Jazz dances to the Song: Hot Lunch Jam. 3. Family Feud Visits Warren An assembly was held in the gym which was differ- ent from the usual ones. A Family Feud game, emceed by Mike Buccowich was played. The families were the Rodriguezes vs. the Basketball Team. The Rodri- guezes beat the Basketball Team. The Basketball Team was left with 0 points at the end of the game. The question such as What do you do at the mov- ies? brought laughs to the audience when they were answered with equally funny remarks. This assembly brought a little humor to our tension filled school day. 1. Being the nerd of nerds Greg Shepherd trys to think of a logical answer. 2. There judges Valarie Thomas and Nadia L ydioff not believing their eyes as the Rodriguezs when over the basketball team of Warren High. 3. Trying to hold back from laughing is Mike Buccowich who doesn t quite understand Abdul s Robbie Lyell s remark. 4.
