Jus tice, El Oroso Pre vail lt's 5th period and there are strange noises coming from S-3. I need a Dummy , Did someone correct this galley? Help, I need a headline. No, this is not your normal class. lt 's the Justice staff congregating to put out their monthly edition of Warren 's answer to the L.A. Times. The Justice staffers search out the story of what is going on at Warren and reports on it through, news features, opinion and sport writing. With the assistance of their loyal advisor, Ms. Kennedy, and the folks at Downey Arts, the Justice comes out 9 times a year. By the time the Justice staff leaves for the summer they will have learned how to write on subjects they know nothing about. Take a stand on opinion, edit stories, lay-out pages, and more importantly, learn how to communicate their ideas with others. Deadline-the source of energy that will make this year 's El Oroso. Yearbook is fun but a hard working class. The students in it are dedicated to the end, whether it be giving up a weekend night, or the whole week. This class is unlike most normal classes. As you approach understanding the meaning of it, something new comes along and blows your mind away. Everybody in the class is bonded together by a special closeness, you soon become a family. Ms. K. looses her title to a more familiar role as mom. Mr. Rice becomes dad, and their garage soon becomes our home away from home. Our sidekick, Brian, is always there to rip and tear, and to be prepared for what other favors may be asked of him. We all have one goal though, that is to produce the best yearbook ever and we always do.
