my 02, Administration, it is hard to know just which one of you to begin thanking. Mr. Ward you listened to my ideas and my temper which I must admit ran away occasionally, and when I was upset and you were not presmt, Mr. Peet always seemed to be sitting calmly at his desk ready to listen and then if possible to solve the many arising problems along the way. Mr.- Francis, are you sure you never took journalism? You seemed to know what was coming even before we did sometimes and you were there---oh how many times to solve problems before they arose. Under Director of Student Activities I'm not sure if they shouldn't have added Co-journalism Advisor. To all counselors, faculty, and secretaries who helped with transportation for the taking of pictures for the annual, my grateful appreciation. To my teacher, adviser, friend and sometimes adversary, I thank you muchly for the experience and knowledge you have given me the opportunity to gain this year. Thank you, Mr. Philip L. Forthun KI just wanted you to know I was not the one who kept misspelling your namel. A Faculty, although you were not always happy about letting us interrupt youir classes, still you conceded the time needed for the selling of this annual and also for the taking of pictures. Mrs. Augspurger, Mrs. lSzmilski and the students who worked in the office and who looked up hundreds of names, wrote scads of off campus passes as we went to the printers . . .Thank you. What a wonderful experience it has been to work with Gillard Printers Inc., who were so conscientious and interested in our book. They were always ready with new ideas to make the pages look better and to help the entire book to tie in , reminding us of our deadlines which insured us of getting the book out on time. Thank you for the beautiful job done on our copy, and for all the many corrections you made. Without your advice and work this book would not have been a reality. I may receive much of the credit, as editor for this book, but it really belongs to you, class. I would like to list each one of you separately, but just can't for lack ofhfspace. Thank you all very much for your coop- eration, interest, and help in putting out this El Oroso. Remember when...we sold ads and had a picnic afterwards . ..the many times Karen and I screamed at you. . .the pictures we DIDN l' take . . .all the book- work and money from annual sales we wanted to keep...the contest and free movie...the many hours after school and hamburgers! . . .Mr. Forthun determined to read the bulletin. ..Mr. F crthun determined we'd listen to the bulletin over the P.A .... Ronnette, Sue and janices' marriages ...Rod getting carried away with his artwork. . . all the lost pictures . . .Verla trying to keep almost 810,000 straight . . . the advertisement pictures . . . and here we are all still in one piece. It really was fun wasn't it. Y- Ue lnve to have a picture for this afternoon Mr. Boyd. Would you take 'it?'l Yes, it will be ready after school . Thank you Mr. Boyd for all the times you co-operated in.doing just this, and also taking many of the track pictures. Certainly the photographic part of our annual wonldn't have been accomplished without your help. Thank you Mr. Pace of Pace Studio, for being so cooperative and CALM.at all times, even when things were not going just right. Our pictures all look so wonderful in this book and none.of it would have been possible without your assistance. To my Co-Editor, both my left and right arms at times, who knew even more about what I was doing than myself. How very frustrating that was! My goodness, I dou't see how you could just rattle off pages we were missing, remember and keep all the billions fit seemed like that many, of names straight, and was careful to goof only in the places I could straighten out . . . Thank you. To a few other frieifds who lent their supprrtgand knowledge helping to make this b0Qk possible. My sincerest thanks to you all. 'a Editor ' if haf -s - 3 A
