HENEID CLUB The Aeneid Club is an organization composed of the members of the 12A Virgil class, and provides a pleasant way of searching deeper into the classical background than class work permits. Hhlagna hlaterv of the organization is llrs. Clara K. Webb, who lends a guiding hand in all activities. Each member of the club represents a god or a goddess. The hrst meeting of all the deities took place on mount Olympus fthe classroomj with the co-princeps, George Gentithes Uupiterj and Ben Atkinson QApolloj, in charge. Jane Stevens, as Niinerva, was scriba. VVilson Binger Qin the guise of Atlasl took care of the programs consist- ing of reports on the mythical lives of the gods and goddesses. The January Aeneid Club elected as princeps, Evelyn Brewster flunoj, and scriba, Ann Kurdilla CApolloJ. Under the leadership of hlarguerite llarshall QNar- cissusj, the programs centered about the building of a Roman House, reports of lives were also given.
