Ms. Nguyen helps students take advantage of programs set up to help the limited English speaking students. 6 A handicapped student can always find help when Mrs. Blunt is around.

Dr Chambers watches with ease, as 3 of his Industrial Art stu- dents assemble a bandsaw machine. Mr. Edwards gives one of his lectures in history as the students listen attentively. Mr. Greiner helps students upgrade their reading by supervising reading labs such as this one. Warren Easton also helps us prepare for all walks of life. Here we provide programs in college preparation, vocational fields and general education. Students may choose from a variety of career oriented courses which will help structure their future careers. Some of these are health careers, creative arts, computer science and others. There are active clubs such as the Future Business Lead- ers of America, a chapter of the national Honor Society, Tri-Hi-Y, a chapter of Red Cross and others which serve a variety of interest. 5

Career activities are taught throughout the school as Mrs. Reddix shows one of her students the fundamentals of typing. Through cooperation of students and teachers, students learn to take responsibility, improve knowledge, as well as improve appropriate social skills. 7 Mr. Dunbar prepares many students for a future career in drafting.
