As adults, we do not have all of the answers to the many world problems. Nevertheless, one thing is clear to us: without a sound education, any attempts to solve these problems are worthless. Today we hear much talk about individual rights, which indeed, are important. Yet the other side of the very same coin is overlooked. For every right one may have or wish, there is a responsibility. If one wishes to make money then one should be willing to work for it. As teachers, what should we say, what should we do to impress upon you the need for and the seriousness of a proper education? Learn first how to shoulder your own responsibilities to your parents, to your school, to your country, and to your Creator. If you will but do these things, then you will automatically inherit your rights.” To the Seniors, let us wish you Bon Voyage’’ and success in your future endeavors. To the returning Juniors and Sophomores, let us wish you future success in your school. Learn from whatever past mistakes you might have made. Expand your horizons in order that you may reach greater goals next year. Sincerely, 9 ASSISTANT PRINCIPAL MR. RUSSELL C. COSTANZA, JR. We at Warren Easton are proud and fortunate to have Mr. Russell Costanza as our Assistant Principal. He is not only a vibrant part of our administration, but he is also a popular member of our community where he is an active member of the Young Men's Business Club. 10 MRS.
