. 7 XE ,,,..-s-1-4- iiik Ne'-N Poughkeepsie New Yorker Mrs. Phillips Opens Her Door Through the efforts of these friendly people we arrive at the doors of Wappingers Central safely every day. They also give much of their time so we may come to the many activities our school offers. While the bus drivers are not transporting students to and from school, they are working with Mr. San- ders and the maintenance men, who spend their time keeping the school and the campus clean. This year our driving staff made county history when Mrs. Phillips joined us as driver of Bus 6. She proved to the imen-of course they never thought it!-that those women are capable and efficient drivers. All in all, our transportation and mainten- ance crews are indispensable.
