Some of you will no doubt continue in some further educational pursuit, while others will launch immediately into the world of work. Whichever may be your lot, it is with no little regret that we see you go. It is our hope that we have inspired you .with enough determination and tenacity to help you in making a wise choice of life activity and in formulating realistic life plans in harmony with knowledge of self and of environmental conditions. In this era of extreme social change it is most difficult for high school seniors to be confident in their choice of careers. Exploration of various fields may determine unhappiness of apathy. Strive for reachable goals, commensurate with your abilities, demand high moral standards for yourself and those with whom you work, acknowledge defeat as a step toward being a more mature being, cultivate the arts for aesthetic enjoyment, read for enrichment, relaxation, information, avoid the hypnotic power of television as a habit but use it as a source of knowledge and diversion.
