SENIOR CLASS WILL We, the fateful members of the Senior Class of 1938, do take this opportunity, before being practically forced to leave the Chambers of Knowledge, to make comfortable and wealthly those who must carry on the nonsense yet to be censored. We do hereby bequeath: William Bechdolt's dancing dimples to Harry Spurlock. William Hines' bashfulness to those bold and boastful sophomores. Our American History notebooks and maps to the juniors to save them from the miseries of sleepless night, midnight oil, and skipping school. Holly Kantner's fallen arches to Jane Shaw. Junior Howell's big brown eyes to Frederick Ramge. Sandra Shaw's snitzy sneeze to Ellen Lindsey. Joe Taylor's height to Lester Mann. Nellie Jane Stroebel's dramatic ability to Mary Ann Fisher. A sum donated by the Second Year Shorthand Class to buy notebooks for the next year's class. Many are those we have swiped. Virginia Metzger's black hair to Kate Kridler. Bill Van Schoyck's athletic ability to Eugene (Sleepy) Wildermuth. Mary Van Skiver's musical laughter to Elsie Brautigam. Atlee Smith's stalwart stride to Sonny Nichols. Betty Johnson's false tooh to Nancy Way. Eugene Pa lette's gccd looks to Dick Jones, (to add to those he alredy has.) Frances Jacob's intelligence to Betty Glee Schnell. Herm Herbst's boots and saddle to (Vernon) Farmer Westby. Jane Taylor's slencg aphic ability to Mary Speidel. Bill Smith's stubborn hair to Jack Miller. Tattered and torn Senior Class Play books to Mr. Beacham. Mildred Underwood's journalistic ability to Lois Koch. Having becueahcd our rema kable talents, we are ready to meet our doom; but we ask that our wishes be fulfilled, and the rest profit by our mistakes. This, cur last will and tes'.ament, was signed in the spacious expanse of Blume High School, May 23, 1938. Wtinessed by: Miss May B. Krazy Mr. B. U. Dumm
